Angela is authentic and honest plus with over 22 years of event management experience, she brings knowledge, problem-solving skills, emotional stability, and consistent service to all her clients. With this many years of working on events, Angela has become a great profiler of clients and guests.

Angela has a very slow morning routine; so many times things don’t get started until after 10am.  Being raised in the military she has lived all over the United States with the majority of her family living in Washington State. 

For Angela her ownership into Blue Wings Events is not a hobby or side-job, but a full-time career, commitment, and dream.​​

Senior Wedding Planner & Corporate Logistic Coordinator

Stacy is our lead Chaos Manager and, as a mother of two, balancing chaos is key; multi-tasking and organization keep her moving forward along with a strong cup of coffee. Her experience in customer service management, photography and in the cosmetic/beauty world makes her the perfect team member to find vendors to fit all types of needs. She is passionate about her morning coffee… or all day coffee rather. Stacy is born and raised in the South Sound area.

Senior Day-Of Coordinator

Michele prides herself in making sure events run smoothly and is quick to make adjustments. She has years of experience assisting at weddings and managing youth sports teams.

Michele and her husband live out on the Kitsap Peninsula in the home she grew up in and has lived in Washington State her entire life.  If you want a wedding in Maui, Michele is your gal, she loves that island and has vacationed there many times, but really she just loves the sun and heat.

Assistant Day-Of Coordinator (Central Washington)

Nicole serves as our Day-Of Coordinator and Junior Corporate Planner, specializing in our Central Washington clients. Currently pursuing a business degree in college, she brings a fresh perspective to our team. Nicole is also fluent in Spanish, which greatly enhances our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Staff Copywriter

Lynn views the world through a storytelling lens. She is an accomplished and published writer and teaches writing through Green River College. She works with our clients on targeted and imaginative messaging, copywriting and even customized murder mysteries for all types of events.  You should check out her murder mystery books on Amazon too.

Celebration of Life Coordinators

Rod & Sandy bring a special touch of warmth and love as they facilitate our celebration of life events. Rod has years working as a pastor and Sandy currently owns a personal concierge services business.
Together, they have hosted many events at their own home in the Puyallup area and understand the compassion needed to ease the stress and allow you to focus on sharing time with your loved ones.

Assistant Day-of Coordinator (Western Washington)

Becca is one of our Day-Of Coordinators for our Western Washington clients. She has experience in catering, but really her skills as a school teacher make her perfect for managing people and details on the day of an event.  In her spare time, she loves to hike and travel and hang out with her 4 fur babies.
